The Montague on the Gardens’ tropical beach bar is back—but it’s a little different this year.
If you’re still a little nervous about going on holiday, that doesn’t mean you won’t be able to head to the beach, because one Bloomsbury hotel is bringing the beach to you. Luxury spot The Montague on the Gardens have brought back their bopping beach bar, but there’s a bit of a twist this year. If drinking tropical cocktails and digging your toes into the sand is your idea of heaven, read on.

Really, the convenience of a tropical beach just up the street from the British Museum can’t be overstated. Filled with palm trees, real sand, and beach huts, this is one hot beach bar. Particularly when you throw in bottomless cocktails.

While the Beach Bar won’t be open as we know it until summer 2021, it will be playing host to ‘Mix It On The Beach’, a bottomless cocktail-making experience where guests can create their own bespoke drinks with the help of an expert mixologist. You’ll have access to a range of spirits, mixers and garnishes for an hour of unlimited cocktail making (and, of course, drinking).
