The Peckham Weekender returns this July with a three-day-long community food festival raising money for the Peckham Pantry. Peckham Weekender Fancy trying out as many of London’s most-hyped restaurants as you can, without destroying your bank balance? Ever felt like doing a ‘restaurant crawl’ instead of a pub crawl? Or would you perhaps like to give back to the local community simply by virtue of enjoying delicious food? If you said yes to any of the above, then you’ll want to make your way to Peckham this weekend to check out the Peckham Weekender. The Peckham Weekender is a 3-day-long foodie celebration that takes over the area from July 24-26. As part of the festival, some of Peckham’s best restaurants – among them some of the city’s most talked-about foodie hot-spots – will serve up special cut-price dishes for charity. Each of the participating venues will have an exclusive £10 dish up for grabs. £1 from the sale of each of these dishes will then be donated to the Peckham Pantry. It’s a brilliant excuse to eat your way around Peckham and support the community along the way. Peckham Weekender venues So, which restaurants are taking part?
