Bob Dylan is playing some shows at the end of the year, with five dates pencilled in for London right before Christmas. He’s coming back to the UK for a set of shows before the year is out, which includes a five-night residency at London’s Royal Festival Hall. His quintet of nights at the iconic London venue will take place on December 3, 4, 5, 7, & 8. These will be his first set of gigs in the capital since a trio of concerts at the Royal Albert Hall in 2024. Credit: Supplied Prior to the London gigs, he will play shows in Bournemouth, Birmingham, Sheffield, and Blackpool. These gigs come some 64 years after his first ever UK show, which took place at The King & Queen pub in Fitzrovia. Bob Dylan last released music in 2023, dropping his 40th studio album, Shadow Kingdom, in 2023, which follows 2020’s Rough And Rowdy Ways. According to the Royal Festival Hall site, the show will also be device-free, with the audience asked to place their phones, smart watches, or other filming accessories in an individual Yondr pouch which they will receive on entry. There will also be a pre-sale taking place on Monday, July 20 at 10am for the London shows for members of the Southbank Centre.
