Meanwhile, each Monday evening throughout October, the auditorium at Goods Way is hosting an evening of drinks and unexpected knowledge from the flavour scientists at Crucible. These interactive cabaret-style sessions allow guests to dive deep into the world of cocktails and spirits covering topics such as fermentation, distillation and the mechanics of taste.
